MetaFund is able to facilitate both New Markets Tax Credits and the Oklahoma Small Business Capital Formation Incentive Act tax credits. As a brief overview: NMTC apply a 39% tax break over a 7-year period to qualifying investments in a qualifying business (located in a low-income census tract). OK Small Business Act allows for a 30% tax break in rural areas and a 20% tax break in urban areas for investments in businesses of a qualifying nature.
