MetaFund Intern Goes Full-Time

Oklahoma City - May 21, 2008 - Jacob Reynolds served as an intern alongside Lauren Loruse
beginning in November 2007. After graduating from Oklahoma City University on May 10, 2008,
Reynolds accepted a full-time position with MetaFund. With a B.S.B. in Economics, Reynolds will
serve as Project Manager for MetaFund. As Project Manager, Mr. Reynolds is responsible for recruiting
viable, mission-qualifying investment opportunities for MetaFund. He is also responsible for analyzing
financial statements and other relevant documents for the purpose of proposing approval to the
officers of MetaFund.

Says Reynolds, "I am glad to be full-time here at MetaFund. My internship proved to be a valuable
transition between my education and my career, and I am looking forward to expanding the positive
impact MetaFund has on the economic landscape of our great state."

MetaFund Intern Accepts Position at OMRF

Oklahoma City - May 21, 2008 - Lauren Loruse came to MetaFund in November of 2007 to serve as an
intern from Oklahoma City University. Loruse was a Project Manager at MetaFund, where she assisted
in the completion of the New Markets Tax Credit application, reviewed business plans, and assisted
CEO Tom Loy. On May 10, 2008, Loruse graduated with a B.S.B. from OCU, where she majored in
Business Finance with a minor focus in Art. She has accepted a position at Oklahoma Medical
Research Foundation (OMRF) in their development department.

Says Loruse, "MetaFund is a great place to work. I feel my time here has better prepared me for my
career. I am sad to leave, but very excited about the opportunities that will come at OMRF."

Wallace, Walsh bring historic Brady District building to life

Tulsa – July 26, 2006 – In 1915, some of Tulsa’s first baseball games took place at 200 E. Brady St.
Twelve years later, the Nash-Finch Co. put up a wholesale grocery warehouse on the lot.

That started a progression of tenants through the brick structure, from Murray Tool and Supply,
Reading Steel Castings and Emery BV and Co. to the Mayo Furniture Co., the Tulsa Casket Co. and
Aron Metals.

Oklahoma Small Business Receives High Profile DoD Contracts

Oklahoma City — October 17, 2005 — Technical Innovative Concepts, Inc (TIC) an Oklahoma Based
Small Business Security Construction Company is awarded several Department of Defense contracts.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded TIC a $1.4 million contract to design and build the Security
System for the Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas.

Technical Innovative Concepts

October 31, 2003 - MetaFund is pleased to announce that it has provided financing to Technical
Innovative Concepts (TIC). TIC is a specialty security and surveillance company that provides
equipment, consulting, installation and maintenance services for audio, visual and data surveillance
systems. The company has developed an effective marketing strategy that focuses on long term
contracts with government agencies and private companies. Jeff Jenkins, who founded TIC in 2001, is
a former FBI Special Agent with more than 15 years experience in the highly technical and
confidential surveillance field. The financing provided by MetaFund will be levered as working capital
for an upcoming contract with Tinker Air Force Base. Completion of this contract will increase the
company’s exposure and assist with the acquisition of several larger government agency contracts.

MetaFund Receives $54 Million Tax Credit Allocation

March 14, 2003 - The U.S. Treasury Department’s Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI)
Fund announced that MetaFund has been selected to receive a $54 million allocation of New Markets
Tax Credits (NMTC). The NMTC program permits taxpayers to receive a 39% credit against federal
income taxes for making qualified investments in companies in low-income communities. The CDFI
Fund received applications from 345 organizations nationwide, from which it selected 66 awardees for
a total of $2.5 billion of NMTC authority.

MetaFund will utilize its NMTC allocation to make investments and loans to companies at any point of
the business life-cycle, from start-up through traditional small business and commercial lending. The
NMTC program will enable MetaFund to significantly expand its activities and better serve
economically distressed areas throughout Oklahoma. This is wonderful news for the State of
Oklahoma, and MetaFund is thrilled to have the opportunity to provide this tax credit incentive for

City of Norman Approves MetaFund to Direct Development Project

February 25, 2003 – The Norman City Council unanimously approved a two-year option for MetaFund
to obtain a 99-year lease on the former Kings Gate property located at East Lindsey Street and 12th
Avenue, Southeast in Norman, Oklahoma. The size of the property is approximately 7.85 acres.

The City of Norman acquired the Kings Gate property from HUD for $10 after the apartment project
failed and was foreclosed. The primary purpose of the new project is to profitably develop the
property into a debt-free, income-producing property that will provide perpetual funds to the city to
promote, develop, and maintain affordable housing in and around Norman, Oklahoma.

MetaFund is now a Certified CDE

The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund of the US Department of the Treasury has
certified MetaFund Corporation as a Community Development Entity (CDE). Certification as a CDE
means that MetaFund meets the CDE eligibility requirements set forth in the New Markets Tax Credit
(NMTC) Program statute, which will allow us to create a for-profit entity that can channel tax credits to
