Submit a Project

MetaFund regularly accepts project proposals through its website (by
way of e-mail by using this link). However, before submitting your
business plan and other required documents, please read the checklist
below to ensure that you include everything necessary for MetaFund to
perform proper due diligence in regards to your proposal. MetaFund will
not review incomplete business plans.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
(online version)

Applicant is seeking debt and/or equity investors. MetaFund Corporation (“MetaFund”)
is a certified community development financial institution funded by certain Oklahoma
domiciled financial institutions and an agency of the State of Oklahoma. Additionally,
MetaFund has a number of non-profit allies. Representatives of both its investors and
allies serve on MetaFund’s board of directors and committees which review loan
applications.

Because of the collegial nature of MetaFund’s investment review process, all materials
submitted by Applicant will be available to all members of MetaFund’s analysis and
review committees. Understanding that information provided by applicants is
confidential and frequently proprietary to the applicant, each investor and non-profit ally
which will have access to Applicant’s materials has executed a Secured Access and
Confidentiality Agreement.

Based upon the agreements of its investors and non-profit allies, MetaFund agrees that
the materials submitted to it by Applicant (other than that which is in the public domain
or, if Applicant has a class of securities registered under the Securities Exchange Act of
1934, as amended, any reported or reportable data) shall remain confidential and that
such will not be utilized by any reviewer or entity employing a reviewer for any purpose
other than consideration of Applicant’s creditworthiness and investment potential either
for MetaFund’s or its own account or in connection with examinations by authorities
having visitorial power, counsel, and internal and external auditors. No other disclosure
will be made without the express written consent of Applicant. Applicant may withdraw
its application at any time. Upon withdrawal or denial of the application, all materials will
be returned to Applicant and all copies, in whatever medium, will be destroyed or
deleted except to the extent required to be kept under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act,
as amended, or any other federal or state law, rule, or regulation.




Project Submission Form Instructions
When submitting a project to MetaFund for funding consideration please
include the following information:


Project /Applicant
List the project name, and if applicable, the name of the sponsoring company or
individual.

Contact Information
List the contact person's name, title, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail
address and website (if applicable).

Amount Requested
Identify the total dollar amount necessary to complete the project.

Summary
Include an overview/executive summary of the project
Other
The following should be included in the "other" category unless submitted separately.

Business Plan
- Include a detailed business plan in digital format (Microsoft Word preferred) or
hard-copy format.

Financial Statements
- Include detailed project-related historical and projected balance sheets, income
statements, and related supporting assumptions for the projections in digital format
(Microsoft Excel preferred) or hard-copy format.

Market Need
- Explain the market need for the project.

Management
- Include relevant bios for the key management of the company.

Business Strategy
- Summarize the company's business strategy.

Market Strategy
- Summarize the company's market strategy.

Financial Need
- Explain the financial needs required to complete the project.

First Round Request
- Identify the minimum initial funding needed.

Project Location
- List the physical address or location description for the project.

Product(s)
- If applicable, name or describe the product(s) involved.

Year Established
- Identify the year the company was established.

Stage of Development
- Include relevant development information and indicate if the funding request is for
startup or expansion.

Intellectual Property Status
- Discuss any patents, copyrights, trade names or trademarks granted or pending.

County
- Identify the county or counties where the project will be located.

Census Tract(s)
- List the census tract(s) where the project will be located.

Current or Preferred Banking Relationship(s)
- List the name(s) of the your current or preferred financial institution(s).


Include any other information necessary for project funding consideration.


*You can submit your business plan by e-mail or postal mail. All e-mailed proposals
should include the digital attachments as described above. Please e-mail to:
info@metafund.org.

Attention: If submitting your business plan via regular mail, please make a copy of your
proposal before mailing it to MetaFund. MetaFund is not able to pay postage to return
every business plan we receive. We are not responsible for lost items.

Projects may be submitted either by email or by mailing your proposal to Metafund at:
2225 N. May, Oklahoma City, OK 73107. Please be sure to at least include the business
name, your name and contact info, the amount of funding requested and a brief
description of the company.
