Community Health Centers of Oklahoma

Community Health Centers of Oklahoma (CHCO) is a nonprofit organization based in Oklahoma City that operates six Federally Qualified Health Centers offering accessible primary family healthcare services in Oklahoma, Lincoln, Logan, and Pottawatomie Counties. They also operate Healing Hands Health Care Services for individuals experiencing homelessness living in Oklahoma City, the Central Oklahoma Healthy Start Initiative which provides at-risk women with prenatal and postpartum health care, and a WIC food bank and nutrition counseling program.

The Oklahoma Impact Investing Collaborative (OIIC), a MetaFund initiative, provided financing to CHCO to assist with relocation of their Perry A. Klaassen Family Medical Center and Central Oklahoma Healthy Start Initiative to a new facility to improve access to physical and behavioral health care services in Northeast Oklahoma City.
