MetaFund Hires Fore as Performance Analytics and Reporting Manager

OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City-based nonprofit, MetaFund, proudly announces the hiring of Sharayah Fore. The Oklahoma native joins the team as Performance Analytics and Reporting Manager.

Fore brings to the position more than ten years of experience working with data, evaluation, and research in the health and community sector. She has expansive evaluation experience including activities like leading community assessments, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, program planning and development, performance measurement development and execution, evaluation development, and serving as the principal investigator on multiple federal grants.

Fore graduated magna cum laude with a master's in experimental psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma where she focused on research best practices and data analysis. In 2021, Metriarch: A Data Haven for Oklahoma Women awarded Fore with their Data Maven of the Year Award for her leadership in centering equity, data, and the voice of people with lived experiences in her work to improve adolescent sexual health outcomes in Oklahoma County. She has also contributed numerous national, state and local presentations as well as professional publications.
