MetaFund Promotes Fore to Vice President of Impact

OKLAHOMA CITY — MetaFund, an Oklahoma City-based nonprofit, proudly announces the promotion of Sharayah Fore to Vice President of Impact. The Oklahoma resident joined the MetaFund team in May 2022 as Performance Analytics and Reporting Manager.

“My goal stepping into this new role as VP of Impact is to build on MetaFund’s impressive 23-year legacy using my strengths and more than 10 years of experience in community-focused and system-level strategies. MetaFund is working alongside communities to support effective, sustainable, and equitable solutions,” Fore noted. “I look forward to utilizing data to share the stories of our partners and to help guide our efforts and produce maximum impact for Oklahomans.”

In her performance and reporting role with MetaFund, Fore supported investment decisions aligned with MetaFund’s impact goals and lead performance measurement and reporting activities for multiple business lines. As vice president, her leadership will be essential to developing and implementing longer-term impact strategy.

Fore has extensive experience working with data, evaluation, and research in the health and community sectors. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a master's in experimental psychology where she focused on research best practices and data analysis. Metriarch: A Data Haven for Oklahoma Women awarded Fore the 2021 Data Maven of the Year Award for her leadership in centering equity, data, and the voice of people with lived experiences in her work to improve adolescent sexual health outcomes in Oklahoma County. She is also a regular contributor to numerous professional publications and national, state and local presentations.
