Norma joined MetaFund in 2013. She is responsible for conducting financial analysis, coordinating tax credit programs, monitoring regulatory compliance and assisting borrowers with ongoing needs.
Norma graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Accounting. She has served as director of
financial reporting, director of financial controls, and general ledger accountant within the banking industry. Most recently, Norma held the position of controller with a small general contractor/consultant in the construction industry. She enjoys mentoring students and is an avid fan of OU athletics.
