Sharayah Fore joined MetaFund in 2022. In her current role at MetaFund as the Vice President of Impact, Sharayah works to enhance MetaFund's social impact and strategic direction by creating a culture of continuous learning and implementing relevant industry standards and best practices as well as measuring the outcomes of programs, partnerships, and investments. She partners with nonprofits, for-profits, and government agencies to support the creation of projects with high-impact outcomes that will move the needle on poverty in Oklahoma. Her approach to enhancing impact involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders for informed and strategic decision-making and systemic change.

Sharayah Fore has a master's degree in Experimental Psychology. She is an experienced professional with over ten years of working with data, evaluation, and research in the health and community sector having worked both in the private and public sectors. She has a strong background and has been extensively trained in collective impact and system change frameworks. She has experience in

leading evaluation plan development and implementation, program design and management, community assessments, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, insight mining, data visualization, key performance metrics (KPIs) development and execution as well as serving as the principal investigator on multiple federal grants. Along with possessing a solid foundation in traditional learning methods, Sharayah is known for having an innovator's mindset to develop and adapt methodologies to ensure the best fit for the community’s and stakeholders’ needs.

She strongly advocates for equity and transformative solutions through data and is committed to advancing initiatives that address the needs of vulnerable populations. She firmly believes that by engaging individuals with lived experiences and empowering them through collaboration, meaningful and sustainable change is possible at the systems and community levels. Sharayah currently serves as a member of the Diabetes State Health Improvement Group (Oklahoma State Department of Health), a member of the Sunbeam Family Services board, and lives in the Bethany community with her son.
